Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our sauces are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Less than 1% of our shipments get damaged during shipping, but If a bottle breaks during shipping, please email us immediately at email@example.com with pictures of the shipping label/package along with a picture of the broken bottle(s). We will happily replace your bottles or refund your order.
