Garlic Datil Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Stanky Sauce Garlic Datil Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). -
Prepare Brussels Sprouts:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, Garlic Datil Hot Sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. -
Roast:
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges. -
Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix honey and balsamic vinegar. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, drizzle the glaze over them, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with pecans and cranberries if using. -
Finish Roasting:
Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly. -
