Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Stanky Sauce Garlic Datil Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, Garlic Datil Hot Sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Roast:
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.

  4. Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix honey and balsamic vinegar. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, drizzle the glaze over them, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with pecans and cranberries if using.

  5. Finish Roasting:
Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly.

  6. Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm, with a kick of Garlic Datil flavor!
