🧄 Stanky Garlic Crust Butter

🍕 Dough Options

Option 1: Store-Bought Dough
Pick up a ball of pizza dough from your local grocery store or bakery — it's an easy shortcut that still delivers.

Option 2: Homemade Pizza Dough
Makes 1 large or 2 medium pizzas

  • 2¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
  • 1½ cups warm water (110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Punch down and roll out into your desired pizza shape.

🧑🍳 Pizza Assembly

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (with a pizza stone or steel if you’ve got one).
  2. Roll out dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet or pizza peel.
  3. Brush the entire surface of the dough with your Stanky Garlic Butter blend — yes, the whole thing. Then brush a little extra around the crust edges for that golden, flavorful finish.
  4. Add your sauce of choice — tomato, white, BBQ... your call.
  5. Top it your way — cheese, meats, veggies, pineapple, pickles... whatever fuels your flavor.

🧭 This is your chance to Feed Adventure however you please.

  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  2. Brush the crust again with leftover Stanky Garlic Butter (optional, but highly recommended).
  3. Slice, drizzle, and serve!
